Some of you may have ‘met’ my pet rabbit Tequila, he’s been featured on the blog before (here, here and here). I have literally hundreds of photos of him on my phone – granted his “poses” are all very much the same – but he really is the cutest thing! He turns two this year and I’ve decided to share with you on a weekly basis what he gets up to.
Earlier this week my fiancé picked carrots from our vegetable garden for dinner and Tequila was spoiled with the leaves. He didn’t finish all of it, but he did have to go and lie down after his chow 😉
We are getting a puppy in a few weeks but until then Tequila is the only ‘child’ in the house. He has a fairly big rabbit cage outside in the garden but he spends most of his days inside the house with me. If you want a pet that is low maintenance and easily trained, consider a rabbit. They have interesting personalities – Tequila for one is very playful in the mornings when I let him come inside the house for the day. I’ll try and capture our ‘play time’ on video one morning. Look out for the next entry in the Tequila diary next week 😉
