This is the first of many blog posts coming to you from our new home in Otjiwarongo, Namibia. We’ve been here for just over a week and we’re slowly but surely settling into our new place. I’m telling you, I feel like we’re never ever moving again! What a mission. Just as you think the unpacking is FINALLY done, another box pops up.
But alas, we’re getting there. Emma and Lexie are loving the space – our yard here is much bigger than the one we had in Cape Town and they’re making full use of all the space…lots of running and chasing happening 🙂
The past few days have been busy. Setting up new bank accounts, trying to get an ADSL line installed in our new place, staying up to date with work – and that’s not to mention the DIY that’s going on in the background. The house we moved into is an old house that requires quite a bit of work, so you can expect some DIY posts on the blog in the future.
I have a few back-logged posts to share with you from our last couple of weeks in Cape Town, and I’ll post those soon.
On that note, I hope all of you are doing well. Can you believe that we’re in the second quarter or 2015 already?! Scary stuff. This year feels like it’s whizzing by. Anyway, chat to me in the comments – I’d love to hear from you!
