I have been doing a lot of beauty reviews lately and there are a few more to come 🙂 Today I’d like to give you my thoughts on Acquizhen’s gentle exfoliating mask. I received this product a couple of weeks ago to review and I’ve been using it twice a week since then.
A little bit of background on the brand: The Acquizhen range was created by Dr Eric Schulte with the aim to fulfill a holistic approach to a beauty regime. Acquizhen’s products are made from the purest ingredients and the simplest extraction techniques are used for the inclusion of active ingredients in the products. It’s also fantastic to know that the products are not tested on animals and are not genetically modified.
So, how did I find it? My skin is on the dry side so I need to exfoliate regularly. I use this mask in the shower – I apply it and massage it all over my face to exfoliate dead skin and then I rinse it off just before I get out. The mask has a milky and rich feel to it and my skin feels cleansed and rejuvenated after I’ve used it. The product is a bit on the pricey side at R450 for 100ml but it’s definitely worth spending a bit more and knowing that you’re putting a pure and organic product on your skin. A 100ml tube will last you a good few months as you only use a little bit at a time.
If you don’t like chemically enhanced products and you’re looking for natural and organic beauty products, take a look at Acquizhen’s website. You can also read more about the exfoliating mask here. Have you used Acquizhen’s products before? Chat to me in the comments 🙂
