I am on day three of transitioning to the Paleo diet (I’d like to think of it as the Paleo lifestyle) and so far so good! I have to be honest, the Paleo meals I’m preparing on a daily basis are far more interesting (and nutritious!) than the meals we’d normally have. I’m still doing research and I have created a Paleo board on Pinterest where I save all the recipes and ideas I come across – take a look!
I only started eating according to the Paleo principles on Monday so I’m not 100% sure yet if all the energy that I have is a result of the healthy eating / no booze / loads of water. I will write a more detailed post about my first week and the Paleo diet early next week. This week I’m only focusing on getting used to the new eating plan, next week I’ll start to incorporate some exercise. What I can tell you is that coconut milk is my new chocolate – it’s unbelievably yummy! I’ll keep you posted 😉
